As soon as you think you have all the answers, you stop asking questions. Team work, sound group decision making, and conflict resolution start with a spirit of enquiry and a willingness to forge the best next step even when you don’t know or understand everyone's perceptions. After three years of study and a fleet of experts working the puzzle, I find it comforting that no one can answer why some people see the dress as gold and white and others as black and blue.
